Detox, Destress & Learn to Live From Rest

a 6 week group program for women needing a physical health reset and wanting to learn basic building blocks on nutrition, movement and what their bodies need from a foundational level. As well as, learn the basics of detoxing and incorporating it into your lifestyle. We will complete a 7 day functional medicine detox together and I will introduce you to other detoxes like parasite cleanses and heavy metals cleanse. You will do a Minerals & Metals functional medicine lab test, this test tells us your mineral levels and current stress load, as well as, your current heavy metal toxin threshold.

Week 1

Learn the principles of how your body naturally detoxes and how environmental and lifestyle choices of our generation are creating overwhelm on our bodies natural detox pathways. I will Teach on things we can do that support minimizing toxins everyday (food, environment, personal care, sweating). we kickoff a 7 day detox together as a group. 

Week 2

I teach on physical detox basic habits and simple self care for overall health. Teach how to manage stress through nutrition, boundaries and putting rest and fun into your schedule. Get feedback and testimonies from the detox. Q&A.

We will all do an HTMA test that tells us your mineral levels and heavy metal toxin threshold. I will give you the instructions of how to complete the lab test and

Week 3

address limiting beliefs and mindsets that block us from living in rest as women and stewarding our health- talk about things that came up during the detox… any recurring thoughts or attitudes, food addiction or turning to food for comfort?

Week 4

teach on biblical boundaries and pray over women who need wisdom on unhealthy relationships and what healthy relationships look like. We also deep dive into practical ways to implement rest and fun into your schedule.

Week 5

go over results of htma tests and teach on minerals and nutrition to help support our mineral and micronutrient needs for optimal health and how to daily replenish minerals through nutrition. Kick off a week long “Stress Cleanse”- every day for a week we will add in certain habits and restrict certain habits to reduce stress levels, including developing your own Sleep Routine. Teach on and introduce the option to do a heavy metal detox or parasite cleanse.

Week 6

recap, sharing testimonies and results and how to implement these habits moving forward. Possibly be going over Minerals and Metals test results and what we can do to manage these levels in terms of stress and doing a heavy metal cleanse on their own.
